Account Manager

The Account Manager is a strategic role that encompasses managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales initiatives that benefit the client. As an Account Manager, you are the liaison between our technical team and our clients, helping our clients understand how technology can impact and benefit their business.

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for harnessing the power of Silverado’s service offering to deliver innovative solutions to our clients and working collaboratively across the organization to develop and maintain successful service delivery and client retention. The Account Manager must be a creative and strategic thinker, who has strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written. The Account Manager must be a problem solver, ready to tackle an issue or answer a question in support of their clients. Additionally, the Account Manager should be highly organized and able to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced and team-oriented environment, as well as have a technical acumen for IT Services.

Service Desk Technician

The Service Desk Technician is a client-facing role that encompasses providing responsive technical support, troubleshooting end-user issues, and ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service. As a Service Desk Technician, you are often the first point of contact between our technical team and our clients, helping resolve technology challenges while creating a positive support experience.

The successful Service Desk Technician will be responsible for leveraging Silverado’s service offering to deliver timely, accurate, and professional support to our clients. This individual will work collaboratively across the organization to diagnose issues, document solutions, escalate when appropriate, and help maintain successful service delivery. The Service Desk Technician must be a strong communicator, both oral and written, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The Service Desk Technician must be a problem solver, ready to troubleshoot technical issues, answer client questions, and support users across a variety of systems and applications. Additionally, the Service Desk Technician should be highly organized and able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment, as well as have a strong technical foundation in IT services.

Project Engineer

The Project Engineer is a technical role that encompasses managing client infrastructure, executing technology projects, and supporting advanced escalations that benefit the client. As a Project Engineer, you are responsible for helping design, implement, maintain, and improve client technology environments while ensuring solutions align with business needs and service delivery standards.

The successful Project Engineer will be responsible for harnessing the power of Silverado’s service offering to deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative technology solutions to our clients. This individual will work collaboratively across the organization to complete projects, resolve complex technical issues, support infrastructure improvements, and contribute to successful service delivery and client satisfaction. The Project Engineer must be a creative and strategic technical thinker, who has strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. The Project Engineer must be a problem solver, ready to tackle escalated issues, lead technical initiatives, and provide guidance in support of client environments. Additionally, the Project Engineer should be highly organized and able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment, as well as have strong technical acumen across IT services, systems, networks, cloud platforms, and security best practices.
